The problem
Two receptionists, three phone lines, one WhatsApp number nobody had time to check. Patients messaged at 9pm asking "how much for scaling?" and got answered at 10 the next morning — by which time many had booked with whoever replied first. And every day, booked patients simply didn't show up, leaving paid-for chair time empty.
What we set up
One week, done for them:
- AI on their WhatsApp number answering instantly — prices, opening hours, panel questions — in BM, English, and Mandarin. Prices are locked answers, never guessed.
- Booking straight into their calendar, with a reminder the day before and the morning of. Rescheduling takes one tap.
- A hard rule set by the dentists: anything medical gets a human, immediately.
What changed
A third of no-shows disappeared — most were never refusals, just people who forgot and found it awkward to reschedule. Four in ten bookings now arrive outside opening hours: demand that used to leak to competitors. And the front desk got roughly five hours a day back for the patients standing in front of them.
